Valetine's Day music
So I have a new Valentine's Day playlist and I am taking requests. I think everybody has a different idea of good love songs, so look at the list and if there is something there that you think is missing let me know I might not add it but if I like it too I will! I am looking forward to hearing people's favorite love songs!

Blog anniversary!
Okay so really it was on Wednesday and I remembered it on Tuesday but not again until today which is fairly typical. To be honest I had a busy Wednesday we were in Logan all day looking at road bikes for Chris and than that night had dinner with some of my cousins. It was so much fun there were 4 girl grandkids born the same year I was so whenever the far away one comes to the area we try and get together we missed one this time because apparently a date was more important;) but we had so much fun I love these girls. I didn't bring a camera so I will have to wait to post a picture until one of them does. Anyways so I guess it is a good thing to spend a blogiversary doing something fun instead of sitting on the computer blogging about it! Thanks to everyone that actually checks this and even more to those of you who leave comments it makes me feel loved! Here's to one year and hopefully a good second one!
So since none of my wonderful cousins posted a picture of the other night here is one of all four of us just 25 years ago!

Sledding!
Over the Christmas holiday my mom asked Daniel to bring some mattresses upstairs well he got them half way there before coming up with this idea! The kids loved it and had a blast! (Truth be told Daniel did too) This is definitely the best way to go sledding nice and warm! When my mom came home and saw it she had to admit it was a fun idea and we ended up doing it again the next week when Jason and his kids were up too!

Christmas
We stayed home for Christmas morning this year since we finally have a house to stay home in, we had a lot of fun and then headed down (in a massive snow storm) to BL to play with the Grandparents!

Ryan, Olivia, and Chris with their Christmas Eve presents, I made them all pajama pants. The kids were a little big but pretty good considering I lost their measurements!

Ryan and Olivia Christmas morning excited but still trying to wake all of the way up!

Olivia on her new big girl bed. I wrapped the sheets so it was pretty bare but she loves it, and is sleeping better too!

Olivia opening presents she liked opening the best she hardly looked at the presents just wanted to open more!

Ryan opening up his big Lightening McQueen it was the last present he opened and he didn't see it and he looked so disappointed, but then we pulled it out and he was shaking as he opened it he was so excited!

Ryan and Olivia with some of their haul. I made them those blankets out of fleece scarves I got at the dollar store!
So Ryan got what he asked Santa for but we ended up not getting a sucker into Olivia's stockings oops! She did get a candy cane and for a little kid that is the same as a sucker so I think we were covered!

Christmas Cookies and Santa
We did Christmas cookies the other day and let the kids decorate them or at least help, it was lots of fun and is becoming a tradition in our house!

Livvy showing off her pretty cookie!

Me helping Livvy spread the yummy cream cheese frosting!

Okay so Chris wouldn't give me a normal smile so this is what he gets for not smiling nice I'll just post the pictures on the blog!
The kids also got to see Santa at our ward party and I got lucky somehow cause both of my kids love him.

Ryan making sure Santa knows he wants a big Lightening McQueen for Christmas!

Now Livvy looks scared here but that is just cause she knows we are going to make her get off of his lap she kept trying to go back to see him again. She told Santa that she wanted a sucker! (I think we can do that one!)

My Crayon
You Are a Red Crayon |
Your world is colored with bright, vivid, wild colors. You have a deep, complex personality - and you are always expressing something about yourself. Bold and dominant, you are a natural leader. You have an energy that is intense... and sometimes overwhelming. Your reaction to everything tends to be strong. You are the master of love-hate relationships. Your color wheel opposite is green. Green people are way too mellow to understand what drives your energy. |
I found this on a friends blog and I thought it described me pretty well at least it does today I tend to change day to day!
