So here are a few pictures of my dare devil Jamie's blog inspired me to take a picture of Livvy when she was jumping on the table (this was taken right before she got in trouble for being on the table) Then the other pictures are pics of Livvy's first full pony tails I'll try to show some that actually show it she is so cute.

A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.

10 Years Ago: I was a freshman so I was totally insecure, and I think I had a list of at least 8 boys that I liked. I still think it is weird that it has already been 10 years ago it makes me feel a little old.
5 Things On My To-Do List Today:1) Feed the kids breakfast (I know it is almost 10 that should be done already) 2) Clean my living room (the kids emptied the toy box in there last night and I didn't have the energy to fix it) 3) Exercise ( I got an elliptical for Christmas so now I have no excuses) 4)Go shopping we have no food in our house and I need to start prepping for our Super Bowl party as I think we have invited more people than can possibly fit into our home 5) Finish cleaning out our spare room, we moved in in August and everything that we didn't know where to put got put there, but now 5 months later I am almost done getting it pulled together.
Things I Would Do If I Were Suddenly Made A Billionaire: Tithing (I always thought it would be fun to be able to write a really big tithing check cause then it would mean that I had a lot of money) Pay someone else to clean my house especially bathroom, sell my house and build my dream home, travel let Chris just go to school instead of trying to work and do school, pay off all of Chris's school loans, get a nice car, have some fun shopping and spoiling my favorite people, then put the rest of it away and live off of the interest so that we can afford to do what ever job we want and not worry about how much money it pulls in
3 of my bad habits: Procrastination, I talk too loud, chocolate (for those of you who know me that is all that needs to be said)
5 Places I have lived: Pocatello, ID; Rocksprings, WY; Richmond UT; Fredonia AZ; Montpelier, ID funny those were all before I turned 6
5 Jobs I have had: Raspberry picking, Walton Feed Cannery, Broulims, Converygs, Scout Camp head cook (yes that means cooking for between 200-400 boys all summer)
Things most people don't know about me: Before Chris and I had been married for 2 years I had been pregnant 4 times, I got proposed to by 3 different guys while I was "waiting faithfully" for my missionary Christopher, I used to want 4 kids and now that I have one of each I am so ready to be done, I actually enjoy playing Halo I am not very good but I am better than most moms and I actually passed Halo3 all by myself it was on easy so a trained monkey could probably do it but hey I don't care I did it!

"My Friend Daddy"

Okay so I guess we can tell that Ryan is missing his dad now that school is back in. Chris has clinicals on Tuesdays and Thursdays so he is gone before Ryan is awake (which is saying something since Ryan is our early riser) Anyway yesterday about lunch time Ryan comes up to me and said, "When is my friend daddy coming over." I thought it was so cute he always asks about his friends Trevor and Olivia but yesterday it was his friend daddy. I guess you can tell what a good daddy Chris is if Ryan considers him his friend! These pics are from this summer when we were living in Auburn the top one is when were in Seattle and the 2nd is on the 4th when we went down to Tacoma to watch the fireworks.

My Cute Girl
Olivia loves putting things around her neck. I know not the best idea for a toddler but instead of just getting mad I decided that scarves would be a good thing that she could put around her neck and they are cute and fluffy, so maybe if she had something that was okay she would stop using other things. Anyways so I made her a scarf for Christmas and so did her Aunt this is a pic of Livvy with her cute new scarf and hat from Aunt Millie. Okay so it is a little dark but she is so cute!

"The Swimming Hole"
Quick funny. When we went through the Rexburg temple last week at the open house we got to the baptismal font and Chris picked up Ryan so he could see better and Ryan said "swimming hole" Chris is like no that is a baptismal font and Ryan said, "No its a swimming hole." He wouldn't give it up so we just left it alone. Hopefully he doesn't remember this too well or he might want to go to the temple to go swimming. We had no idea where he got it from until we were watching yesterdays episode of Higgleytown Heroes and they all went down to the swimming hole. Anyway I know it was random and I forgot about it until yesterdays swimming hole episode, but isn't it funny what kids pick up from tv it makes me a little worried about what he picks up from shows that we watch.

Dentist
So Ryan and Olivia went to the dentist for the first time today. (I know it is kinda sad that Ryan is almost 3 and hasn't been yet but it happens) Anyway neither of them had an actual cleaning today as they try to make it the least traumatic experience possible. This is a pediatric dentist so the whole office was perfect for kids they even have a tv in the ceiling above each bed so that when the kids are laying back they can watch tv. Both kids did really well Ryan was a little nervous when they moved the chair but was really good to open wide so they could "count" his teeth, and Olivia was so excited to get up there after Ryan did that she was just perfect. Anyways they didn't do x-rays or anything this time but from the checks both kids teeth are fine. I was a little nervous cause Livvy has used bottles a lot and always fell asleep with them and I was all stressed that I had ruined her teeth but so far so good. Yeah! Anyway I was going to take a cool picture so they could remember and so I could post it but ya I spaced it. Maybe some other day! Anyways anybody that has to do this first visit anytime soon I would totally reccomend a pediatric dentist as the whole place was just made for kids and to be so much less scary!

hyperlinks
yeah so I finally figured out how to insert the kind of link I wanted to do before. My cousin Jonathan posted a blog specifically telling how it is here see how cool is that the only thing I would add is you have to go to the edit Html button when you put all of that in and then when you go back to compose the link is there. I know it is a small thing but I was so excited that I thought I would share!
Practice
Okay so I wanted to try and learn now to put a link into a post so this is my practice post but if it works I will be sending you to a really cute picture of Olivia we are at a birthday party and the birthday boy is opening up a gift that everyone thinks is amazinly cool (a race car track) anyway obviously Olivia doesn't get what all the fuss is about she is the one in the Pink shirt that says "Grandpa's TV Buddy" (present from grandma and grandpa for Christmas) okay so it didn't work how I wanted it to but here is the link anyway https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLXRrSMOyhapKq3_HcFBbOipmUT9_u9adGTLiIh6AK4wdiEatngoVIi-KwWsD2-66HAWgGXpQXmd5_nAnnz7fVFHzWHd_Y-9hMCkebkQZq0USEnkUCt0LbiECG9dArz5H1Ez2b57D7Tjk/s1600-h/DSC_5521.JPG Isn't she super cute?
Sick Kids
So I didn't post anything yesterday cause my day started at 3 am (I don't know how you do that all the time Laura) anyway at about 3:15 ish I hear the TV on in the living room. This actually doesn't worry me Ryan typically wakes up before us so before we go to bed we make sure it is changed to the Disney channel and put out a bowl of graham crackers and a sippy of water. Anyway aparently Ryan deceided it was morning got up and drank all his water and then proceeded to throw it all up luckily both of my kids have been throwing up off and on since Monday night so I have learned the pre throwing up sounds Ryan makes ( this is actually what woke me up) so I run out of my room grab a bucket on the way (we have these at a few choice places around our house this week) and get to Ryan just in time. Totally feel like super mom. So we get him all setteled and I deceided that if I try to put him back to bed he will scream and wake up Olivia who was in the crib in his room as she had previously thrown up all over the play pen in the room she usually sleeps in. SO I make a bed for Ryan on the couch and find the longest episode of Backyardigans that I have tivoed (is that a word?) and put it on for him pretty sure that he will fall asleep. It worked unfortunately when the episode got over it just went back to live tv and the Disney channel is interestingly loud at 4am so that woke both of us up once again, as you can imagine it was the start to a very fun day. Oh and did I mention that somewhere between that 3 and 4 am visit Chris started in too so yesterday I got to have 3 sick kids at least Chris can get to the bathroom by himself. But silver lining my kids stopped throwing up long enough on Tuesday night slash Wed morning that we still went to the Rexburg temple open house, it was great Ryan just loved it. Anyway all is well hear this morning though Ryan still woke up at 3am deciding it was time to watch tv but he isn't sick enough anymore to let that go so he just got sent back to bed and then both the kids slept until after 9 crazy that never happens and it looks as though everyone is healthyish (Chris still isn't great but better) and the really good news is I don't think I caught the bug. YEAH! Anyway that is pretty much the end of my epistle, I know probably a little TMI but if you can't whine in blogland where can you whine.

Christmas Cookies
So this is our Christmas cookie making fun I deceided just to do round ones this year mostly becasue the only cookie cutters I have are hearts.
So this is Chris helping Ryan frost cookies he had the best time and told me how he was doing it all by himself
Ryan got a little frosting on his head and what can I say I make yummy frosting you can't just let it go to waste
Livvy and I frosting the "red" ones
now time for the fun part eatting the cookies
she is not at all excited that she finally gets to eat the cookies!
or in Livvy's case eatting the frosting off the cookies and making a big mess but at least she is cute while she does it.

Introduction
I'll just do a little photo intro of our family we don't have any recent family pictures but those will come eventually so for now just some fun ones, that is if I can figure out the picture thing

this is Ryan Alexander he was born April 2, 2005 (ya try getting people to believe that you water just broke on April Fool's day). So he is almost 3. The 2nd pic is of Ryan and Uncle Kyler trying out Halloween costumes.
this is our Olivia Rose she was born on September 11, 2006 so she is almost 16months old so only 2 more months until nursery how cute is she?

This one is pretty self explanitory but what can I say it is a really cute pic of Chris and I, and one of the only ones that I have of me that I am willing to post at this time
