Independence Day!

SO I had a lot of Independence Day pics so I figured I could do a post just for them.  We went down to Dayton,  and went to a show that my Mom was in charge of and then went to the parade with Daniel and Jennifer.  We also went to the park where they had all sorts of fun stuff set up for the kids.  After the park we had enough time to drive back home and watch the fireworks from there!

at the parade waiting for the flag to go by  I love small town parades they are just long enough!
Olivia waiting to get sling shotted down the water slide!

Emily just chilling in the stroller.  She is such a good baby!

waiting for the plane to fly over and drop all sorts of candy and prizes!

Summer

So I didn't blog all summer, mostly cause I never get on the computer that has the pictures so this is going to be mostly a picture post to get all caught up!  Ready set go! (oh and the pics downloaded in reverse order so this is all from the end of summer forward.)

Ryan also lost his 2 front teeth also giving him an awesome lisp we have had lots of fun kindly making fun of him!

Olivia lost her first tooth very closely followed by her 2nd (which gave her an awesome lisp)

Showing where the tooth fairy kissed her!
We went camping to our favorite camping spot.  We only got out once this year because camping while pregnant with a 1 year old was a little bit much!

Ryan learning how to whittle with his new pocket knife that he won!

Olivia playing on the rocks by the playground  (one of the reasons it is our favorite place to camp)

Emily loving the whole thing even though she was a little sick!  She walked around like she owned the place!

Our awesome new tent!  This should fit our whole family nicely !
Both the older kiddos played baseball this year they were on different team but had the same color shirts and also the same team name!  Ryan did coach pitch and Olivia did T-ball
Ryan up to bat

Olivia on base!  She never trusted her helmet  to stay on!

Emily chilling with mom at the game!

Olivia at bat,  she hit that ball like it did something wrong!

Chris got a water gun for father's day and we all had a little bit of fun with them,  we got the kids some too so they could defend themselves but we gave Chris the biggest one!

Emily even got in on the action she loved getting sprayed!

Happy Birthday Emily!

So yesterday was Emily's first birthday, but I held off on the post because I wanted to get some cute cake eating pictures.  So without further ado here are some pics of my sweet Emiloo!
Emily's cake right after "she" blew out the candle!

Emmy waiting to get a piece of cake!

testing the waters

she decided she liked it and was double fisting it!

She had fun making her mess!

Emily and Olivia got matching sister dress up dresses

Opening presents
We had lots of fun Emily got a duck book with a stuffed duck, a baby doll, dress and a bunch of board books that she loves!  She didn't quite catch on to the opening part but this morning she found the extra wrapping paper and started pulling it apart looking for something inside so maybe she got it after all!

It's A Girl!!!

So we went and had our gender check ultrasound and they are pretty sure that it is a girl,  the view was a little bit obstructed by an umbilical cord but even to me she looks like a girl.  Ryan is more than a little disappointed but I am sure he will get over it.   I told him this means he won't have to share his bedroom,  but that didn't help he wants to share.  Well this weekend we have a house guest so he is sharing with Olivia for 3 days,  I have a feeling that he will be a little more excited about not have to share a room after this!  Here are some pics of our girl!
This is how we let Ryan know what we are having.  He was in school so couldn't come to the ultrasound, but his school and our back yard share a fence so we put these up so he could see them at recess.  He was not happy!
cute 3D picture,  Ryan decided she is playing the drums.

rubbing her eyes,  according to Ryan still playing drums!

there is the money shot.  She is a girl!

Cute profile picture I love that you can see her little nose!

Fun stuff update!

We went up to Beaver Dick park this morning because they had sort of a kids outdoor expo.  It was so much fun and the kiddos loved it,   the parents didn't hate it either!

Liv shooting the muzzle loader,  she thought this one was so cool!  She was a little too short so the little old man that was helping set her down on his knee so she could see!

Ryan shooting the muzzle loader with Dad's help.

They also got to throw a dummy duck to have a dog go retrieve, learned about what to do if you get lost in the woods,  cast fishing poles, and learned some boat safety.   They really had so much fun and got entered into a raffle to win a gun.  Chris was awesome to stay up and go with us since he worked the night before and had to work tonight too.  Emily and I were there too although their aren't any pictures of us but there might be some in the Rexburg newspaper (if anyone gets this and see a picture of my cute baby if you could save it for me that would be awesome)  because there was a photographer there that took Emily's picture because in her words, "she is the cutest baby ever"  I must say that I have to agree with her!
Also on a completely separate note we found out that we don't have to wait until our big ultrasound to find out what flavor of baby we are having.  They told us it would only be $25 to do a gender check at 17 weeks,  I was willing to wait but Chris wasn't so we will find out on Thursday!  We are all just a little excited!  Ryan doesn't get to go with us since he will be in school, but since our new house shares a fence with his playground we told him we would hang pink or blue balloons on the fence so that he would be able to find out a recess!  Anyways that is all for now!

New Baby

So I kinda have a lot to update but our camera is broken so it will be a mostly picture less update.  So Christopher and I were able to leave the kids with his mom and go to Las Vegas for a radiographic educators conference, it was so nice to have some time to ourselves and just enjoy, we actually did a lot of relaxing and not a lot of going out but that was okay for us.  We did go to a hockey game.  When we got back we found out that our landlords were going to do a short sale on our home and could there fore not have tenants so we would have to move.  That was on Sunday and by Wednesday we had found a new place closer to Ryan's school and actually a better fit for our family, so we signed papers on Wednesday and decided to move on Monday of the next week as it was presidents day and the only day that not only Chris had off but our families had off too to be able to help.  So I got to packing and on Thursday was packing up the bathroom and found some pregnancy tests along with some feminine stuff and thought huh it is about that time maybe I will just take a pregnancy test to see if it is okay to pack all of this stuff up, not seriously thinking that I was pregnant, but low and behold the test came back positive.  This actually made sense since I had been pretty much dead on my feet and not feeling great for the past week or so.  So amidst  all of this fun we moved to a new house that we love.  Christopher and I were also able to take another kidless trip to Phoenix for his brothers wedding.  It is nice to have parents that are willing to watch our kids and nice to have a mini vacation together before we get into the throws of this pregnancy and we will have 4 kids before we know it.
Anyways so we are expecting baby #4  he or she (we are all kinda hoping he around here, even Olivia) is set to arrive at the end of October so the baby will be just less than 17 months younger than Emily.  I was hoping to have a very non ill pregnancy because last time I had babies this close together the 2nd one I felt a lot better than the first one but so far no dice and I am dealing with mucho morning sickness.  Every morning I bless the invention of Zophran.  So we had our first appt. today and confirmed that there is just one baby in there (yay)  and that so far everything looks perfect!  Here is a pic. of our cute little blob.
